Shipping policy

Order Eligibility:

  • We cover delivery throughout Toronto (Postal Code starts with M). For postal codes out of Toronto, please contact us.
  • Customer is responsible in verifying all information before placing an order. Orders will not be re-delivered due to incorrect / incomplete address or information and delivery fee will not be refunded.

Delivery Rate:

  • Delivery rates depend on the distance between Nana's Creperie and the shipping address.
  • Rates are calculated at the checkout page automatically.
  • We collaborate with independent drivers to deliver a superior customer experience while prioritizing drivers' well-being. The delivery fee is allocated to the driver.

Delivery Time:

  • Orders will be delivered as per the selected pick up time. 
  • Please expect possible delays during special occasions, holidays, or unforeseen external factors such as weather, road conditions, traffic, etc.
  • In extreme (and rare) cases, cancellations may be required due to poor weather / road conditions. Shipping may not be refunds for late deliveries or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Date, time and/or address changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance (additional charges may apply). For any changes made in less than 24 hours, surcharge may apply.

Order Tracking and Communication:

  • Nana's Creperie will notify the customer once the order has been picked up by the designated driver and is en route to the specified destination.
  • Driver will contact customer / the contact person as provided upon arrival at the address.

Contact Information:

  • Customers are required to provide a valid phone number that can be contacted at the destination for the seamless receipt of the order.
