Crepe Cake:

Order Confirmation and Payment:

  • Once your Crepe Cake order is confirmed and payment is received, the order becomes non-refundable.
  • Changes to flavors, sizes and/or quantityies of the Crepe Cake may not be accommodated once the order is confirmed.

Change of Pick-Up Date & Time:

  • Customers have the flexibility to change the pick-up date with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the originally scheduled pick-up date (Additional charge may apply).
  • Any changes requested within the 24-hour period may not be accommodated.

Cancellation:

  • Once order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

Quality Assurance:

  • Nana's Creperie is committed to delivering high-quality Crepe Cakes. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us promptly, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Flavor and Size Changes:

  • Changes to the flavor or size of the Crepe Cake may not be possible once the order is confirmed. We recommend reviewing and confirming your preferences carefully before finalizing your order.

Cancellation:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations once an order has been confirmed and paid.
